This has been a long project. The original Underwater Kinetics case proved to be too small and would have required Vishay post that don’t last well. This Pelican 1170 is for handguns–big ones. It’s stood a 12 hour dunk test–hopefully it will be okay on deeper submersions and the odd wave. The board is shielded top. bottom and sides.
