3/ Gain, Recovery Speed and Iron Bias all affect one another. Try and get a feel for how each changes the way target sounds come in. This takes time and practice. Running 2 Tone will help here too. Try running each one at full–then minimum–with the others at preset. This will give you a better idea of what effect these features have on the signal.
